• Made of filament yarn with sides sealed. There are no loose fibers to shed
• Patties will not stick to the brain surface
• Radio-opaque types can be identified in x-ray pictures.
• Non-radio-opaque types have black nylon thread bonded with the patties. Radio-opaque types have 'blue polypropylene with barium- sulfate' thread bonded with the patties.
• SURGIWEAR has developed a special process to bond the thread with patties. The Special automatic machine, developed in house by SURGIWEAR, can bond and cut many lines of patties automatically.
• Zero-F Neurosurgical patties are supplied in sterile peel open packs on a holding card for easy handling.
