What's in the Box
25 x Discs, 1 x CA Mandrels
The Shofu Super Snap Superbuff Set Polishing Instruments is a high-performance system designed for the final polishing of direct restorations. It is indicated for achieving a high-gloss finish on various tooth-colored restorations, including composite, resin-based, ceramic, porcelain, and gold materials. This system is suitable for final polishing after initial contouring or shaping of direct fillings, veneers, inlays, and onlays.
The Super-Snap Superbuff disks are specially designed aluminum oxide impregnated felt disks. They feature a synthetic velvet polishing cloth on the outer surface, which helps retain polishing paste during use and minimizes splatter. The disks are paste-impregnated, releasing a high-quality polishing compound when moistened with water, eliminating the need for additional polishing agents. The set includes metal mandrels for secure attachment.
The Super-Snap Superbuff disks are intended for single use and should be discarded after each application. The accompanying metal mandrels are reusable and require sterilization by autoclave before each intraoral use, following immediate cleaning with a washer disinfector. US Federal law restricts the sale of this device to dental professionals.
