  1. Access Preparation:




    • Complete access cavity preparation and identify canal orifices.






  2. Irrigation:




    • Using a suitable irrigation syringe and side-vented needle, slowly introduce Parcan into the root canal.




    • Ensure the needle does not bind in the canal and stays at least 1–2 mm short of the working length.






  3. Volume and Contact Time:




    • Use copious irrigation throughout instrumentation.




    • Maintain continuous irrigation to aid in tissue dissolution and bacterial elimination.






  4. Safety Precautions:




    • Avoid extrusion beyond the apex to prevent irritation or damage to periapical tissues.




    • Use rubber dam isolation to protect soft tissues and prevent ingestion or inhalation.






  5. Post-Irrigation:




    • After using Parcan, rinse canals with saline or sterile water before obturation.
