Prepare the Glucometer: Insert a Sensa Core Gluco Spark test strip into the glucometer.
Prepare your finger: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Use an alcohol swab if needed.
Obtain a blood sample: Use a lancing device to prick the side of your fingertip and get a small blood sample (about 0.5 µL).
