Scheu Duran + 125 mm Thermoforming Sheets - 0.75 are hard-elastic, transparent materials designed for the precise fabrication of various dental appliances. Crafted from PET-G (Polyethylenterephthalat-Glycol Copolyester), these sheets offer exceptional properties including breaking strength, elasticity, and dimensional stability.

These thermoforming sheets are highly biocompatible, having been tested according to international guidelines ISO 10993 and EN ISO 7405, and are released for clinical use. They are suitable for a wide range of prosthetic and orthodontic applications, including the creation of miniplast splints, occlusal splints, retainers, aligners, and temporary crowns and bridges.

The material is abrasion-resistant and does not require pre-drying, simplifying the workflow for dental professionals. Each sheet features an integrated insulation foil, contributing to high transparency and smooth inner surfaces of the fabricated appliances.
