For Caregivers :

• Prepare the Area: Clean and dry the surface (bed, chair, etc.) where the underpad will be placed.

• Position the Underpad: Place the absorbent side up and the waterproof side down. Center it under the patient’s hips or back area.

• Secure in Place: Smooth out wrinkles and tuck edges under the mattress or sides for extra hold.

• Check Regularly: Replace when soiled to maintain hygiene and comfort.

• Dispose Properly: Roll used underpad inward, seal in a disposal bag, and throw in a bin. Wash hands after handling.
