The RMS Medulla 201 is a state-of-the-art Two Channel BERA (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometer) designed for precise and reliable auditory testing. This audiometer is an essential tool for diagnosing a range of auditory disorders, including hearing loss, auditory neuropathy, and neurological conditions affecting the auditory pathway, and is suitable for use with children, infants, and adults.
The Medulla 201 performs BERA, MLR, LLR, and P300 tests for comprehensive auditory assessments, allowing for simultaneous left/right ear comparison on a single screen. It supports recording up to 16 waves for detailed auditory response analysis and features manual/auto Jewett Marking on waveforms. Clinicians can utilize programmable intensity levels, latency–intensity graph plotting, and user-definable rate and envelope selection (Linear, Gaussian, Blackman, Hanning) for precise testing.
For enhanced workflow, the RMS Medulla 201 is compatible with PC/Laptop systems for data transfer and analysis. The device allows for easy storage and access to patient data. Test results can be printed on A4-sized paper using laser or inkjet printers. Online technical service is available from RMS Head Office, requiring an internet connection from the customer.
