Rident Mask It Universal Composite Resin

Rident Mask It Universal Composite Resin is a light-curing resin-based masking agent designed for use in various dental restorative procedures. This material is specifically formulated to provide enhanced masking capabilities beyond what a standard Rident restorative shade alone can achieve.

The composite resin is indicated as an undercoating to effectively mask enamel imperfections and discolorations before the application of veneers. It also serves to conceal pins and exposed metals during porcelain repair and for the cosmetic covering of mesial amalgams. For optimal marginal sealing and retention, the masking agent should be utilized with the acid etch technique and an RBond adhesive.

As a light-cured material, Rident Mask It allows for controlled working time during direct application. It cures rapidly, forming a firm protective seal within 10-20 seconds of light exposure.
