The Remi Revolutionary General Purpose Centrifuge (Model R‑8C) is a versatile laboratory centrifuge designed for routine sample separation tasks in clinical, hospital, pathology, research, and educational laboratories. It is suitable for applications such as blood separation, serum/plasma preparation, and general density‑based separations.

This unit delivers efficient and consistent results with a maximum speed of up to 5250rpm and a relative centrifugal force (RCF) up to around 3600×g. The R-8C features a robust swing‑out rotor system and offers a wide choice of rotor heads and adaptors, accommodating various tube sizes including 8×15ml, 12×15ml, 16×15ml, 6×50ml, and 4×50ml configurations.

Equipped with a microprocessor controller and digital display, the R-8C includes intuitive digital controls for speed and time, along with a stepless speed regulator for smooth adjustment. It incorporates a brushless induction motor with variable frequency drive and a stainless steel centrifuge chamber for ease of cleaning.
