Refresh Tears Eye 10ml Drops contains Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 0.5% w/v, an ophthalmic lubricant used to relieve dry eyes and associated irritation.

The Refresh Tears Eye 10ml Drops contains:

• Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 0.5% w/v (active ingredient).
• Inactive ingredients: Boric acid, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, PURITE® (stabilized oxychloro complex) (as preservative), sodium borate, and sodium chloride. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Dosage and Administration

1. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
2. Wash hands thoroughly before use.
3. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including the eye, to prevent contamination.
4. If using other eye medications, wait at least 5-10 minutes between applications.

Storage and Disposal

• Store at 15°-30°C (59°-86°F).
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Discard 90 days after opening.
• Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

Precautions and Safety

• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
• Remove contact lenses before use, unless advised otherwise by a doctor or product instructions.
