Dosage and Administration

  1. Adults: Take one capsule daily, preferably 30-60 minutes before the first meal of the day, or as directed by your physician.
  2. Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break it, as this can affect its prolonged-release properties.
  3. Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, omit it and resume the usual dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.

 

Storage and Disposal

  • Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
  • Protect from light and moisture.
  • Keep out of sight and reach of children.
  • Dispose of any unused product or waste material in accordance with local requirements.

Precautions and Safety

  • Use this medicine strictly under medical supervision.
  • Inform your doctor if you have liver impairment, heart conditions, or severe kidney disease.
  • Long-term use (exceeding one year) may necessitate monitoring for vitamin B12, magnesium, and calcium levels, as well as bone density.
