Oscar chikungunya test kit consists of a nitrocellulose membrane coated with recombinant Chikungunya virus antigens for IgM and IgG capture lines, a conjugate pad pre-coated with anti-human IgM/IgG colloidal gold conjugates, sample pad, buffer solution, and desiccant-packed test cassette.

1. Ensure chikungunya rapid test kit and specimen is at room temperature.
2. Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch.
3. Add the recommended volume of serum/plasma to the sample well.
4. Add buffer drops as specified in the IFU.
5. Wait 15–20 minutes for the chikungunya diagnosis test result.
6. Interpret IgM/IgG bands against the control line and document findings.
