Oro Sterilization Reels are engineered for the secure packaging and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment, crucial for maintaining a sterile environment within dental practices and ensuring adherence to stringent infection control standards. These reels are designed to be used with a heat sealer to create custom pouches, accommodating various instrument sizes, including extra-long products.

Constructed from high-quality, medical-grade materials, these sterilization reels feature a transparent, puncture-resistant, non-tearing, blue-tinted plastic film and porous medical-grade paper. This robust composition, which includes an extra reinforced layer film, ensures the integrity and durability required throughout the sterilization process.

The reels are compatible with both steam and ethylene oxide sterilization methods. They incorporate a secure sealing mechanism and strong side seals to prevent instrument contamination, with all imprints placed outside the packing area to avoid ink contamination. Each reel is individually wrapped to mitigate cross-contamination risks, and protective dust covers further enhance the protection of sterile packs during distribution and storage.
