The Nextgen EO Documentation Label, measuring 32 x 28mm, is a self-adhesive, double-layered label engineered for the precise monitoring and documentation of sterilization processes within healthcare environments. Constructed from vellum paper with double acrylic adhesive support, including Plasma Tyvek support, these labels are designed to withstand the rigorous conditions of sterilization, such as high temperatures, humidity, and vacuum power.

These documentation labels incorporate Class-1 process indicators, adhering to the EN ISO 11140-1 standard, for use with steam, ethylene oxide, hydrogen gas plasma, and formaldehyde sterilization methods. The specialized adhesive is latex-free, formulated to prevent migration or residue on various sterilization fabrics, while the indicator ink is free from heavy metals. Following a sterilization cycle, the labels can be peeled off and transferred to patient or department records, providing essential evidence of effective processing and supporting patient-related traceability.
