• Vitamin A (Retinol) 1000IU.
• Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 5mg.
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg.
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 10mg.
• D-Panthenol (Vitamin B5) 2.5mg.
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1.5mg.
• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg.
• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 100IU.
• Alpha Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) 0.5mg.
• Benzyl Alcohol 1% w/v (preservative).

Dosage and Administration

1. Mvi 10ml Injection is for intravenous administration only and should be given by a qualified healthcare professional.
2. The recommended daily dosage for adults is 10 mL.
3. The 10 mL dose must be diluted by adding it to at least 500 mL, and preferably 1000 mL, of intravenous dextrose, saline, or similar infusion solutions.
4. Do not administer as a direct, undiluted intravenous injection, as it may cause dizziness, faintness, and tissue irritation.
5. Visually inspect the solution for particulate matter and discoloration before administration.
6. Once diluted, the solution should be used immediately. If not used immediately, it may be stored refrigerated for up to 4 hours.

Storage and Disposal

• Store Mvi 10ml Injection in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C.
• Do not freeze the injection.
• Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions and Safety

• Mvi 10ml Injection should only be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional; self-administration is not advised.
• Inform your doctor about any known allergies to the medication's components, a history of kidney or liver disease, or any other medicines you are currently taking, especially warfarin, phenytoin, methotrexate, or levodopa.
• Patients on warfarin anticoagulant therapy should have their prothrombin time/INR levels monitored periodically, as Vitamin K in MVI may decrease warfarin's effect.
• Long-term use may require regular monitoring of blood vitamin concentrations to prevent deficiencies or excesses.
• Caution is advised in patients with renal impairment due to the potential for aluminum toxicity.
• The folic acid and cyanocobalamin in multivitamin solutions can mask serum deficits in patients with megaloblastic anemia; avoid use prior to blood sampling for detection of these deficiencies.

Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects may include injection site pain, redness, or swelling. These usually resolve over time.
• Other reported side effects include nausea, headache, flushing, dizziness, and mild diarrhoea.
• Rare but serious allergic reactions such as rash, itching, severe dizziness, trouble breathing, or anaphylaxis can occur. Seek immediate medical attention if these symptoms develop.
