Mendx offers Mendlene Monofilament Polypropylene Sutures which provide satisfactory strength for construction of vascular anastomoses. Extremely smooth, easy to draw through tissues, does not harbour micro-organisms. Inert material, high tensile strength. Least thrombogenic, suitable for cardiovascular surgery. Monofilament Polypropylene suture is a non-absorbable surgical thread known for minimal tissue reaction, high tensile strength, and durability
in wound closure.
Mendx Mendlene Sutures come with following features:
- Smooth passage through tissue and gives excellent knot security
- Due to the lack of adherence to tissues,
- Polypropylene sutures are used as pull-out sutures
- Polypropylene sutures retain original tensile strength over time
- Does not support bacterial growth
- USP Sizes available: 6-0 to 1
- With needle-Suture from 35 cms to 150cms & Needle length from 12 mm to 50mm across all needle point profiles.
