The Medisys Premium Anesthesia Machine Basic - MS Powder Coated (MP01) is an indigenously manufactured system engineered for the safe and efficient administration of anesthesia. This high-performance machine is designed to support medical professionals in operating theatres, induction, and recovery rooms, facilitating continuous fresh-gas flow to patients.

The system incorporates precision rotameters, specifically long 230mm rotating bobbin flowmeters, for accurate gas delivery readings. It provides an Oxygen Flow Range of 100ml/min to 8 LPM and a Nitrous Oxide Flow Range of 200ml/min to 12 LPM. The machine is also equipped with a quick-fit system for ventilator connection, allowing for seamless integration with anesthesia ventilators.

Enhanced patient safety is a core design principle, featuring an Oxygen Ratio Controller (ORC) that guarantees a minimum oxygen concentration of 25%. An Oxygen Failure Protection Device (OFPD) acts as a fail-safe, preventing nitrous oxide flow in the absence of oxygen. Additionally, an audio-visual alarm activates if oxygen flow falls below 1 LPM, and a non-return cum pressure relief valve minimizes backflow risks by releasing excess pressure above 100 cm H₂O. An emergency oxygen flush button is conveniently located at tabletop level for immediate access.
