The mb+ Hemorrhoidal Disposable Stapler 32mm (HS B-32) is a specialized surgical instrument designed for performing the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids (PPH) and minimally invasive stapled hemorrhoidopexy. It excises a circumferential strip of prolapsed rectal mucosa and submucosa, while simultaneously stapling the tissue edges to restore normal anatomical position and reduce prolapse. This device is primarily indicated for the treatment of Grade III and IV internal hemorrhoids and rectal mucosal prolapse.

Engineered with high-grade medical materials, the stapler features a robust assembly including a circular knife blade and a dual-row titanium staple cartridge. The staples are made from medical-grade titanium, chosen for its superior strength, biocompatibility, and non-magnetic properties, while the integrated anvil and knife blade are constructed from hardened stainless steel.
