What's in the Box
1 Analyzer Unit, External Incubator, Flow Cell, Power Cable, Aspiration Tube Set, User Manual & Accessories Kit.
The mb+ Chem 250 Semi Auto Biochemistry Analyser is a semi-automated clinical chemistry analyser designed for routine and specialty biochemistry testing in physician-led laboratories. This system utilizes a stable photometric optical platform, featuring a tungsten halogen light source and photodiode detection, to deliver a linear absorbance range from 0.000 to 3.000 A. It supports a variety of analytical methodologies, including end point, fixed time, kinetic, differential, ratio, and turbidimetric assays, alongside dedicated PT/INR and APTT coagulation testing.
The analyser incorporates an 18 µL flow cell combined with a triple cuvette system, which optimizes reagent utilization while maintaining analytical precision. It is designed with open reagent compatibility, allowing for diverse test menus and supporting up to 250 programmable tests. The system also facilitates the storage of 2,500 patient results for longitudinal review.
Key Features :
Supports biochemistry, turbidimetry, and coagulation assays on a single platform, reducing dependence on multiple instruments.
Features an 18 µL flow cell with sipping volumes up to 1000 µL, enhancing reagent performance and minimizing carryover.
Includes a dedicated 15-position incubator that maintains reactions at 37 °C, with real-time temperature display.
Offers photometric accuracy of ±2% or 0.007 A (0–1.5 A) and ±3% up to 3.0 A, ensuring reliable quantification across various concentration ranges.
Equipped with hard-coated narrow band interference filters at 340–630 nm to support broad assay coverage.
