Dosage and Administration

1. Globucel 5gm Injection is administered intravenously (into a vein) by a qualified healthcare professional in a hospital or clinic setting.

3. The injection should be administered slowly through intravenous infusion.
4. Do not use the solution if it appears turbid or contains any particulate matter.

Storage and Disposal

Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects include injection site reactions such as swelling, redness, pain, itching, bruising, and rash.
• Other possible side effects are headache, fever, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, chills, back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, and dizziness.
• More serious but rare risks include severe allergic reactions, kidney dysfunction, blood clots (thrombosis), aseptic meningitis, and hemolysis (destruction of red blood cells).
• A temporary decrease in white blood cells (neutropenia) may also occur.
