3nethra Neo HD FA is a compact mydriatic wide-field imaging system developed for advanced neonatal retinal screening and documentation. Designed for pediatric ophthalmology and NICU environments, this pediatric fundus camera captures high-resolution color and fluorescein angiography (FA) retinal images with a 150° ultra-wide retinal field of view. The system supports early diagnosis of retinal vascular abnormalities, including persistent retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), while enabling telemedicine-based consultations and efficient clinical documentation for improved neonatal eye care outcomes.

1. Dilate the patient’s pupil as per institutional neonatal retinal imaging protocol before examination
2. Position the pediatric fundus camera using the ergonomic pen-holder grasp for stable imaging control
3. Adjust illumination intensity and focus using the integrated foot pedal and software interface
4. Select the required imaging mode, including color retinal imaging or fluorescein angiography (FA) mode
5. Capture retinal images while maintaining contact imaging alignment for optimal visualization
6. Store, review, and share images through compatible DICOM, PACS for clinical assessment
