The Desco Spinal Board with Straps STAS 751 and Head Immobilizer STAS 701 Combo provides a complete patient immobilization solution designed for safe and efficient spinal management during emergency rescue, trauma care, and patient transport. The STAS 751 spine board is constructed from food-grade HDPE material, offering excellent strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. It features multiple handholds for secure lifting and carrying, along with a 3-belt restraint system for firm patient fixation. The STAS 701 head immobilizer is made from NBR rubber foam, featuring a three-piece modular construction for quick application and firm lateral head support.

This immobilization combo is ideal for use in ambulances, emergency departments, disaster response, and rescue operations, ensuring proper spinal alignment.
