Dentsply Glyde File Prep EDTA (Chelating Agent) - Kit Pack of 3

Glyde File Prep Root Canal Conditioner is a chelating agent and lubricant used to soften calcification and aid in cleansing the root canal system. The Dentsply glyde has 15% EDTA & 10% Carbamide Peroxide. It reduces the risk of instrument fracture by acting as a lubricant and also helps to flush out debris. It contains carbamide peroxide which chemically cleans and removes the smear layer.

Rinse with sodium hypochlorite and make the first entry into the canal using the first manual or rotary instrument.
Apply the Glyde File Prep straight into the cavity using the disposable tip or the single-use pack.
Reinsert the first instrument and begin to prepare the canal.
Rinse with hypochlorite and apply the Glyde™ again into the access cavity (also available in very practical disposable doses).
Continue preparing the canal alternating with sodium hypochlorite and Glyde between each instrument.
Once the canal has been shaped, rinse it with plenty of sodium hypochlorite until the effervescence subsides.
Dry and fill.
