The JINGLIAN SJM 2008 Auto Lens Edger is a high-performance optical finishing system designed to deliver precision edging, polishing, and beveling of ophthalmic lenses. Engineered with advanced patented technologies, it ensures stability, accuracy, and reliability across a wide range of lens materials including glass and polycarbonate (Plexiglas).

Its pressure clamp system adopts a patented rotary eyeglass holder with automatic 3-second pressure adjustment, providing quick tightening without slippage or cracks. The system automatically maintains lens centering accuracy, ensuring consistent alignment for lenses of any thickness.

The intelligent grinding system is equipped with four imported grinding wheels configured for edging, re-beveling, and polishing. With dedicated settings for glass and polycarbonate, the system extends wheel life while delivering smooth, natural bevels. Multi-step grinding prevents rim cracking and achieves precise edge finishes to meet diverse optical requirements.

The intelligent upturn system further enhances workflow by enabling automatic re-edging, re-grinding, and high-accuracy finishing, thereby reducing processing time. Digital-controlled machining of critical components ensures mechanical stability, lightness, and enhanced performance.
