Capri Sterilization Pouches are essential for the sterilization process in dental and healthcare settings, designed to safely and effectively package and sterilize dental instruments. Each pouch, measuring "70 x 260", is constructed from medical-grade, high-barrier paper and a transparent film. The transparent front allows for easy identification of contents, while the durable, puncture-resistant material ensures pouch integrity during sterilization and handling. The paper side is porous, allowing sterilizing agents to penetrate, and the film side is typically a multi-layer combination of polypropylene and polyethylene.

Capri Sterilization Pouches are compatible with various sterilization methods, including autoclaves and steam sterilizers, as well as Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas and formaldehyde sterilization methods. They feature dual color-changing indicators, both internal and external, to confirm that sterilization conditions have been met. The self-sealing adhesive strip ensures the contents remain aseptic after sterilization and during storage.
