Brand BPL

A premium-quality gel designed for maximum conductivity and easy application. Whether used in hospitals, clinics, or at home, this gel provides clear imaging, non-staining application, and smooth glide for professional results. Our hypoallergenic, water-based formula ensures safe use for all skin types without irritation. Unlike low-quality gels, it leaves no sticky residue and is easy to clean off after procedures. Perfect for ultrasound diagnostics, physiotherapy pain relief, and beauty procedures. Suitable for medical, therapeutic, and home users looking for professional-grade results.
Directions for Use:
1 - Apply a small amount of ultrasound gel to the skin area being examined or treated.
2 - Use ultrasound probes or physiotherapy devices as per instructions.
3 - Wipe off excess gel after the procedure with a clean cloth or tissue.
4 - Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
High Conductivity: Enhanced conductivity for accurate transmission of ultrasound waves, suitable for various medical imaging procedures such as USG, ECG, EEG, and sonography.
Clean Skin: Start with clean skin in the target area.
Apply Gel: Squeeze a liberal amount of gel onto the skin or directly onto the transducer head.
Spread Evenly: Use the transducer or your fingers to spread the gel in a thick, even film, covering the entire probe face and skin area.
Eliminate Air: Smooth out any bubbles or air pockets; these block sound waves.
Scan: Move the transducer over the gelled area, using gentle pressure and overlapping strokes (slide, fanning, tilting, rotating) to get different views.
Wipe Excess: Wipe off excess gel as you go to maintain image clarity and patient comfort.
Ultrasound gel is generally safe, water-soluble, and non-toxic, but requires proper handling to prevent infection and irritation; use sterile gel for invasive procedures, avoid eye/mouth contact, clean skin thoroughly post-use, and ensure probes are disinfected to avoid spreading bacteria like Burkholderia cepacia, as highlighted by CDC warnings. Key safety involves hygiene, correct storage, and using sterile, single-use sachets for high-risk applications.
