Dosage and Administration

  1. Take one capsule daily, or as directed by a physician.
  2. Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water. It can be taken with or without food; taking it after a meal may aid absorption.
  3. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless specifically advised by your doctor.

 

Storage and Disposal

  • Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

  • Your urine may turn bright yellow due to riboflavin, which is a normal and harmless effect.
