BDK Life Sciences Clot Activator Non Vacuum Blood Collection Tube consists of medical grade plastic, designed not to contaminate the sample. The inside of the tube has a coating of clot activator that helps in effective blood clotting, saving time before the sample can be processed.

1.   Draw the desired volume of blood via standard phlebotomy procedure.
2.   Let the blood flow directly into the tube until the 4ml level is achieved.
3.   Gently invert the tube 5-6 times to blend the clot activator with the blood sample.
4.   Allow the sample to remain undisturbed for 15-30 minutes to form a clot.
5.   Centrifuge the sample according to laboratory procedure for processing.
6.  Transport or store samples safely to diagnostic laboratories.
