Wrist wraps are cuff-like pieces that fit around the wrist and support the wrist joint which provides controlled compression to the muscles and tendons to support sprained or strained wrists for continued daily activity. Use the wrist wrap to recover from wrist injuries such as mild arthritis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and wrist sprains. The simple wrap comfortably provides compression and mild support to either wrist.

•One of the ends will have a thumb loop, hold the wrist wrap with the thumb loop pointing upwards.
•Line the thumb loop up with the inside of your wrist.
•Put your thumb through the thumb loop
•Wrap the wrist wrap around your arm
•Wrap until the wrist wrap is comfortably tight, then secure it with the Velcro.
