The Aurthot Tennis Elbow is designed to place compression on the extensor muscles of the forearm taking strain off the epicondyle or area where the muscles attach and thus can help to relieve pain. The extensor muscles in your forearm are attached at a small point on your upper arm bone (humerus) called the medial/lateral epicondyle. Tennis Elbow/Golfer’s Elbow occurs when repeated motions cause these extensor muscles to pull on the epicondyle, causing irritation over time. This brace features a counterforce strap that restricts full extension of tendons and muscles and helps treat both tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis).
This brace works to compress the extensor muscles that may be pulling on the epicondyle, moving the point of tension and allowing the point of insertion to heal. This brace can be worn anytime throughout the day, especially during repetitive motion activities that might irritate your elbow. This brace can be worn on either arm.

•Open all Velcro fasteners on the Tennis Elbow Strap.
•Lay the padded portion of the neoprene strap over the forearm in the intended area.
•Wrap the strap snugly around the arm and fasten the short velcro fastener back onto the neoprene strap.
•Wrap the long Velcro strap around the arm and feed it through the plastic buckle.
•Tighten the Tennis Elbow Strap to a comfortable fit.
