The kit consists of two ready-to-use liquid reagents, R1 and R2, which are mixed in a 4:1 ratio to prepare the working reagent. This reagent kit is intended for in-vitro diagnostic use only and is suitable for fully automated chemistry analyzers. For optimal stability, the kit should be stored at 2-8 °C and must not be frozen. The working reagent, once prepared, remains stable for 30 days when stored at 2-8 °C.
