  2. For Anaphylaxis (Children): 0.01 mg/kg (0.01 mL/kg) intramuscularly, up to a maximum of 0.3 mg (0.3 mL) per injection for children under 30 kg, and 0.3 to 0.5 mg (0.3 to 0.5 mL) for children 30 kg or more. Repeat every 5 to 15 minutes as necessary.
  3. For Cardiac Arrest (Adults): 1 mg intravenously or intraosseously, repeated every 3 to 5 minutes. The 1mg/ml (1:1000) solution must be diluted to 1:10,000 (0.1 mg/ml) for intravenous use.
  4. General Administration: The exact dosage and route of administration must be determined by a qualified doctor or healthcare professional based on the patient's condition. Intramuscular injection into the buttocks, fingers, toes, ears, nose, or genitalia should be avoided due to the risk of tissue necrosis.
