Mixing MethodCapsule

Preparation: Ensure the tooth is clean and dry. Use a rubber dam if necessary to isolate the area. Apply retraction paste and clean the tooth surface thoroughly. Etching: Apply a phosphoric acid etchant to the prepared cavity for 15-30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry the tooth without desiccating it. Bonding: Apply a bonding agent according to the instructions. Light-cure the bonding agent for the recommended time. Warming (Optional): Warm the capsules up to 70°C for up to one hour if desired. Dispensing: Attach the capsule to a dispensing gun. Application: Dispense the flowable restorative material directly into the cavity. Use a dental instrument to ensure even distribution and fill the entire cavity space. Layering: For deep cavities, apply the material in increments up to 4mm in depth. Ensure each layer is adequately cured before applying the next layer. Curing: Use a curing light to polymerize the material. Follow the recommended curing time. Ensure the light covers the entire restoration area for uniform curing. Finishing: Once the final layer is cured, proceed with finishing and polishing the restoration. Final Check: Verify the occlusion and make any necessary adjustments. Ensure the restoration is smooth and comfortable for the patient.
