The formulation combines "17% Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid (EDTA)" and "10% Carbamide Peroxide" in a water-soluble, silica-free base. The EDTA component facilitates the removal of inorganic substances by chelating calcium ions, while the carbamide peroxide creates an effervescence effect with water and sodium hypochlorite, aiding in the removal of pulp tissue remnants, debris, and dentinal flakes. This dual action supports thorough cleaning and shaping of the root canal system, enhancing accessibility for subsequent treatments.
