This
ear thermometer has an ergonomic design that helps easy handling. Its
advanced infrared and ambient temperature compensation technology helps
take accurate temperature readings quickly and easily.

The
infrared probe is one of the main and delicate parts of the
thermometer. Position it into the ear canal and it measures the
temperature of the tympanum (membrane of the eardrum) and displays the
reading on the display window. The probe must always be used along with
the probe cover.

There is an ON/MEM button to turn on
the device. Just position the probe into the ear canal and turn on the
device, you will hear the beep sound indicating the temperature has been
read and in no time you have the readings displayed. It also displays
the readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. You can recall up to 10
previous readings.
