Available in multiple thicknesses, each option is suited to a specific clinical use. The 0.6 mm sheet is recommended for attachment trays where fine detail reproduction is required. The 0.8 mm thickness is commonly used for aligner fabrication. The 1.0 mm sheet is ideal for retainers, while the 1.5 mm sheet is suitable for retainers and splints that require additional strength and durability. The square sheets come in a standard size of 127 mm ﾗ 127 mm, ensuring compatibility with most thermoforming units used in clinics and dental laboratories. Each sheet is protected by films on both sides to maintain surface quality.
