BD Venflon Cannula is made from excellent quality medical-grade stainless steel and polyurethane, which guarantees safe infusion of fluids and long-term performance.

1. Clean the insertion site with antiseptic solution.
2. Open sterile packaging on the cannula.
3. Advance the needle into the chosen vein with a smooth motion.
4. After flashback is seen, advance the catheter and remove the needle.
5. Fasten with tape and attach the IV line as needed.
6. Dispose of the needle appropriately using sharps protocol.
