What's in the Box
1 x 3gm Syringe
The 3M Filtek Z250 XT Refill Syringe Universal Composite Resin in shade A1 is a nanohybrid dental restorative material. It is engineered for a broad spectrum of restorative applications, encompassing direct anterior and posterior restorations, core build-ups, splinting, and indirect restorations such as inlays, onlays, and veneers. This composite resin offers a balanced combination of robust mechanical properties and esthetic outcomes.
Delivered in a syringe, the material allows for direct dispensing into the cavity preparation. It demonstrates excellent handling characteristics, facilitating easy sculpting and shaping without slumping or sticking to instruments prior to light curing. A dental adhesive is required to establish a permanent bond between the composite and the tooth structure.
Filtek Z250 XT is a visible light-activated composite. Each increment of the restorative material, up to 2.5 mm, can be light-cured efficiently within 10 to 20 seconds using a visible light curing unit with adequate intensity. The nanohybrid formulation contributes to high flexural strength, diametral tensile strength, and wear resistance, alongside improved polish retention.
Key Features :
Nanohybrid composite suitable for direct anterior and posterior restorations, core build-ups, splinting, and indirect restorations.
Syringe delivery system ensures easy dispensing and sculptability with a non-sticky consistency.
Light-cured in 10-20 second increments for efficient application.
Classified as a Class II medical device.
